Job Role: HR Operations

Job Description:

Responsibilities: -

• 5 - 8 years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role.

• Knowledge of staffing trends and best practices.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews.

• Provide timely interview feedback to candidates.

• Prepare cost estimation forms for relocation candidates.

• Draft offer letters for selected candidates.

• Manage all documentation related to candidate onboarding.

• Coordinate on employee ID creation and background verification processes.

• Maintain accurate and timely data in staffing trackers.

• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

• Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Work effectively both independently and within a team.

• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize as needed.

• Monitor and review team members’ trackers to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

• Send weekly and monthly sign-off reports to relevant stakeholders.

• Act as a process expert, ensuring adherence to staffing protocols and best practices.

• Good Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
