Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and CPQ implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong solution design capabilities, client-facing communication skills, and experience working in global delivery models. The role primarily involves requirement gathering, solution design, prototyping, and coordination with offshore development teams.

Must-Have Skills:

Total Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT with at least 4 years in Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud & CPQ).

Salesforce CPQ: Hands-on experience in implementing and designing:

Product Features & Bundles

Product & Pricing Rules

Quote Templates

Certifications:

Salesforce CPQ Specialist (Mandatory)

Project Experience:

At least 2–3 Salesforce CPQ implementations (6+ months duration each)

Business Analysis & Documentation:

Strong experience in Requirement Gathering, BRD, SRS, Gap Analysis, Use Cases

Solution Design / Technical Design Document preparation

Client Interaction:

Experience working with US/UK-based customers

Conducting Design Workshops and Whiteboarding sessions

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written skills

Comfortable presenting and discussing prototypes with stakeholders

Team Coordination:

Experience working in multi-vendor/multi-company environments

Onsite-Offshore coordination during development and deployment phases

Availability for early morning/late evening calls

Good-to-Have Skills:

Salesforce Certifications:

Service Cloud Consultant

Sales Cloud Consultant

App Builder or Advanced Administrator

Experience in Salesforce Configuration and Apex/Visualforce (for POCs)

Ability to build and demo prototypes during design phase

Soft Skills:

Leadership qualities with proactive stakeholder management

Adaptability in a fast-paced, global delivery environment
