Associate III - Product Implementation

Role Proficiency:

Drive the implementations per plan to ensure quality and on time delivery. Works under minimal supervision from the Implementation Leads.

Outcomes:

      Understand and analyse the business and technical requirements and the impact to the product application and system       Coordinate and manage various implementation plan components       Develop and modify code; test programs for configuration integration conversion and migrations       Assist with answering routine customer questions on product implementations; resolving issues       Provide important client feedback during software planning sessions guiding direction of future product development       Provide post- implementation support during the transition from implementation to maintenance

Measures of Outcomes:

      Adherence to implementation process and standards       Adherence to implementation schedule and timelines       Personal achievement of quarterly/yearly objectives (OKR Assignments)       Product Implementation within budget and on time       Zero major incidents (like blocker bugs or data-loss) reported by the client       Error free hassle free implementation experience for the users       Compliance to industry domain standards and guidelines Number of reused components

Clear understanding of client requirement s; conveying requirements to the development team Provide support to clear grievances at the initial stages Develop reusable components Participate in deployment activities like reviewing all deliverables as per the delivery checklist
preparing and reviewing deployment document and mock testing all deliverables Follow product standards
quality assurance norms and guidelines Provide input for estimation and impact analysis within area of responsibility. Accurate reporting of time

      Knowledge of Configuration/Build/Deploy processes and tools       Thorough knowledge of the implementation process       Has DevOps skills and understanding of CI/CD tools       Knowledge regarding containerization and deployments       Familiarity with Cloud providers (AWS Azure Google etc.) and their tool sets       Understanding of Technology systems       Defect Management: Demonstrates operational experience in defect management process and tools       Software Development Process Tools & Techniques: Demonstrates working knowledge of SDLC process (e.g. Waterfall Agile XP) programming principles and best practices (refactoring code code package etc.)       Configuration Management: Demonstrates functional knowledge of configuration items configuration management tools and processes Strong record of academic achievements with a clear demonstration of leadership in work academic and/or extracurricular settings.

Excellent knowledge on Healthcare domain · Good communication skills · Experience of working in agile development environment · Experience background in HealthRules Payor (Or any platform based Healthcare product) will be preferred · Assist in planning and running configuration agile sprints with the team · Design and configure Core Admin systems for processing Claims and Clinical Operations · Conduct reviews to ensure compliance to Configuration best practices and Coding standards · Provide guidance to the Configuration team · Supervises the work of Configuration Analysts in the project · Schedule and track Configuration activities in the project · Provides status updates to the Project Manager and identify & report issues and risks · Help the onshore team in preparing the contents for Sprint demo · Responsible for promotion of configuration through all environments with the help of Team members · Maintenance of the configuration gold environment and ensuring timely backups · Handle cross functional coordination with Integration, Conversion and Testing teams representing Configuration activities · Attend daily stand-up meetings and provide status of the work to the supervisorsParticipate in Program Office all hands meetings to represent Configuration track • Design and configure Core Admin systems for CAPS • Unit test the configurations • Provide support and assistance to queries raised by Testing services (SIT/UAT) and resolve issues reported • Help in promotion of configuration files through all environments • Manages the configuration documentations • Attend daily stand-up meetings and provide status of the work to the supervisors • Works under the guidance of the Configuration Lead • Healthcare knowledge
