You Are: You’re excited by the untapped potential of social media for brands and enjoy the day-to-day work related to executing a B2B social media strategy. You’ve managed social media channels for a brand and champion better work with the teams you collaborate with. You are known for going deep down Reddit rabbit holes for the sake of topic research. You have a portfolio to show off your work and will give a 10-minute seminar on why the future of search is TikTok to anyone who will listen. As the Social Media Manager, you will support the development and management of the social media content for our UST brand across the globe. This role will help amplify and bring to life the UST brand voice via organic social media content strategies. This is a full-time remote role collaborating daily with the Social Brand Lead.

The Opportunity:

● Support the execution of UST’s social media strategy and vision to drive brand discovery and customer engagement via social media channels

● Develop, lead, and execute social media content creation and curation process

● Create social content briefs for creative team and manage production timelines

● Copywrite social media posts

● Schedule and publish social media content

● Support research for presentations

● Create social media reports

● Support social media content tactics for UST’s sub brands

● Support community management and social listening efforts, posting responses as the brand and updating our community management playbook

● Stay up to date on social media trends and help build social media best practices such as content guidelines, KPI benchmarks, and growth strategies across our organization

● Support improvement of processes and playbooks

● Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and project success

What you need:

● 2-4 years of relevant work experience in social media working with tech brands, agency, or Fortune 1000 company

● Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, Social Media Community Manager, or similar role

● Experience creating content for and managing social media channels for large-scale corporation, technical or B2B brands

● Demonstrated experience writing B2B social media content and managing LinkedIn and Instagram channels for brands

● Knowledge of the major social media channels and how current trends can be applied to an organization’s social media channels

● Experience working with multiple teams

● Highly organized and detail-oriented with robust sense of accountability and bias for action

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use social media data to target growth potential

● You can effectively coordinate with remote team members across time zones

● You can manage multiple work streams, prioritize projects, and communicate progress under tight deadlines

Bonus points if:

● Experience with Sprout Social

● Agency and B2B enterprise experience (SaaS, software, consulting or high-tech industry) strongly desired
