UST is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong expertise in business analysis and a good understanding of the US Healthcare domain. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories. Your expertise will support the design, development, and delivery of effective healthcare solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:Collaborate with business users to understand, discuss, and gather business requirements.
Analyze and document business problems; prioritize them based on client input and business impact.
Facilitate discussions on potential solutions, outlining pros and cons to help customers finalize the approach.
Prepare detailed User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria for the development team.
Maintain and manage JIRA tickets from a requirements perspective.
Provide prompt clarification to queries from technical and QA teams.
Assist the QA team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure clarity and traceability of functional and non-functional requirements.
Offer deep insights into US Healthcare domain processes to support the team effectively.
Understand Payor Platforms / Claims Processing Engines to aid in effective feature mapping.
Must-Have Skills:Proven experience in Requirement Gathering and Business Analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with JIRA or similar tools for tracking requirements.
Deep understanding of US Healthcare domain processes.
Ability to clearly define and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Good-to-Have Skills:Awareness of Payor Platforms or Claims Processing Engines and their functionalities.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and experience working in Agile teams.
Familiarity with tools like Confluence, MS Visio, or other business documentation tools.
Experience supporting QA during UAT or SIT testing phases.
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
