Position Summary: The role requires solid background in AR Accounting, Credit Management and Credit Operations in a Distribution, Manufacturing or Financial Industries.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze Account Utilization

Credit utilization, exposure analysis

Perform account reconciliation 

Accurately identify and provide instructions to apply and allocate payments

Order Release Analysis

Maintaining and updating information in database regularly

Scanning of documents, Uploading of documents in the tool

Mailbox handling re: enquiries both internal and external

Manage data on customer master by regular monitoring

Resolve complex transactional tasks

Other administrative functions as needed and identified by the role

Qualifications:

With Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting-related course.

With 2-3 years experience in Accounts Receivable

KYC platform and Credit Operations background highly recommended

Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions.

Experience with an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc) is an advantage.

Good English communication skills

Willing to work on a hybrid setup (10-12 days); with a conducive workplace at home. 

Willing to work on day shift
