Job Title: ML Support Engineer

Role Proficiency: Interprets data and analyzes results using statistical techniques under supervision.

Responsibilities:

Assist in data mining and acquiring data from primary and secondary sources.

Reorganize data into an analyzable format.

Analyze data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.

Assist in the creation, update, and deletion of master data.

Develop analytics to identify trends across data sources within the organization.

Assist senior analysts in evaluating business processes and providing suggestions for improvements.

Support technical writing and editing tasks as required.

Develop data models and create reports to illustrate trends and behaviors.

Assist in performance tuning, archiving, and data quality assurance.

Document work and peer-review documentation of others.

Follow coding best practices and manage code versions using version control tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).

Measures of Outcomes:

Adherence to task schedules and deadlines.

Data presentation and interpretation accuracy.

Number of process improvements identified.

Positive feedback from stakeholders and clients.

Completion of mandatory trainings.
