Make daily collection callsConduct account research and analysisDocument collection related activities for assigned accountsInteract with customers, both internally and externally to identify and resolve outstanding issues in a timely and professional mannerInternal collaboration to resolve outstanding issuesCredit hold managementDispute and deduction managementPerforms other duties as assignedEducation and Experience Requirements
Education:
Requires High School Diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor degree preferredExperience:
Minimum 2 years relevant experience is required with an Associate’s degreeMinimum 8 years relevant experience is required without a degreeStrong background in manufacturing or B2B collectionsPreferred Skills and Abilities
