Associate II, Quality Assurance Associate

1. Perform complaint and failure investigation based on CORP and site procedures.

2. Review and approve customer complaint report, if required.

3. Collaborate with other departments and generate technical investigation report to respond customer complaints.

4. Periodic reviews of customer complaint trends and provide feedback for the effectiveness of corrective preventive actions.

5. Support FAA process.

6. Work in accordance with the HSE Manual and documented procedures, and report HSE issues to the respective area owners.
