Responsibilities:

Review and analyze data for accuracy.

Organize and identify data into one central location.

Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Maintains day-to-day regulatory documents in an organized and timely fashion at the direction of the team.

Maintains a broad awareness of the roles of the immediate team members and work function.

Other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members

Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior and effort to achieve goals and objectives

Self-motivated and driven

Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines

Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance

Demonstrate strong proofreading skills

Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills;

Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy;

The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information

Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

Education/Experience:

Associates Degree or the recognized equivalent of education and experience is required.

Minimum of 2 years of general office experience including customer service or administrative duties, is required.

Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and internet experience is required At least one year in a customer service role and/or administrative role is required

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required.
