The Boeing Company Global Services (BGS) Human Resources (HR) team are seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Jacksonville, FL.

As a key member of the team, you will gain strong understanding of the business imperatives of the program to unleash the power of our talent in all functions. You will also support and partner with leaders at all levels - management to non-management.
Position Responsibilities:
Deploys HR programs, systems and processesPartners closely to leadership teams to create strategies to meet business needsProvides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategiesConducts preliminary analysis of workforce planning analysisResolves or assists in resolving employee service requests including Worklife ticketsConducts employee investigations and alternative dispute resolution casesProvides consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (management to non-management) on HR practices, processes as well as utilizing conflict resolution techniques to ensure team cohesionUses business intel to advocate on the behalf of the program to secure resources and any help needed from our functional partnersPartners effectively across the broader HR organization to deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the businessInfluences HR priorities, skill and talent discussions, development programs, resource deployment, etc.Contributes to the development of a high performing culturePartner with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including Centers of Excellence (COE) and build relationships based on trust, credibility and experienceMaintain presence on the floor with manufacturing employeesThe ideal candidate will possess the following:

The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options. This required location will be Jacksonville, FL.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)1+ years of experience developing and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes1+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagementPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
HR experience in a manufacturing environmentSHRM or HRCI certificationExperience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and business partnersCollaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final productExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; high-impact communication styleDrug Free Workplace:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $65,450 - $96,250
