**What is the job about?**
+ To provide remote administrative and operational support to the Country HR Responsible who is based in Singapore, ensuring the efficient execution of HR processes across borders.
+ This role is responsible for coordinating virtual HR activities, maintaining accurate digital employee records, and facilitating seamless communication between the remote HR function and the Singapore-based team.
+ The HR Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing employee experience and supporting compliance with local HR practices within a fully virtual work environment.
**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Recruitment & Onboarding,Offboarding Support;
+ Benefits Administration,Leave Management.
+ Employee Relations & Engagement (Remote).
+ Training & Development Coordination.
+ Compliance & Reporting.
+ Policy & Procedure Management.
+ Remote Administrative Support.
**Your background:**
**We imagine that you have:**
+ Education: Bachelor’s Degree
+ Experience: at least 1 year work experience in either HR or Admin role
+ Language: English Proficiency.
