This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished hospitality professional with cruise or luxury hotel experience to assist in leading the hotel operations aboard a state-of-the-art cruise ship, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Hotel Director in managing all aspects of the ship’s hotel division, including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and entertainment Motivate and guide a large, multicultural team to deliver exceptional service Assist in implementing strategic initiatives to maximise revenue and control costs Maintain compliance with health, safety, and maritime regulations Uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence and consistency Requirements:
3+ years in senior leadership within the cruise or 5-star luxury hotel sector Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams (200+ staff ideal) Strong commercial awareness, financial acumen, and guest service skills Fluent in English; STCW certification or willingness to obtain Package:
