Roles and Responsibilities

As a Boiler - Associate General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

· Overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of boilers to ensure uninterrupted power generation

· Developing and implementing strategies to optimize boiler performance and efficiency

  Boiler construction experience in power plant. 

· Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians to achieve operational excellence

· Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, and driving a culture of safety awareness

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex boiler-related issues

· Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

· Participating in budget planning and cost control activities

· Preparing and presenting regular reports on boiler performance, maintenance activities, and key metrics

Education Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field

· Advanced degree or certification in Boiler Operations or related discipline preferred

 

Experience:

· 22-28 years of relevant experience in the Power/Energy industry

· Demonstrated track record of successful leadership and management in a similar role

· Proven experience in implementing best practices for boiler operation and maintenance

· Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations in the energy sector
