Role - Oracle EPM Cloud Techno-Functional Support Consultant
Location - San Francisco, CA
Looking for a skilled Oracle EPM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EPM Cloud applications. The role involves resolving functional and technical issues, supporting financial planning and reporting processes, and ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support for Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and Account Reconciliation.Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to data loads, calculations, integrations, and reporting.Collaborate with finance and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.Support integrations between Oracle EPM and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP).Assist in month-end and year-end close activities, including data validation and report generation.Maintain and enhance reports, dashboards, and data models using Smart View, Reports, and EPM Automate.Document support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.Participate in patch testing, upgrades, and release cycles.Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal support standards.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.10+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud with techno-functional expertise.Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.Proficiency in EPM Automate, Smart View, Data Management, and Calculation Manager.Experience with SQL, scripting, and troubleshooting integrations.Excellent communication and documentation skills
