A subject matter expert on a range of issues related to engagements with Meta’s most strategic partners, relevant legal issues and the regulatory and competitive ecosystem, focusing support on company priorities. 2. Administer and resolve legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships. 8. Provide commercial transaction support for other departments as required. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. Requires a J.D. degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Law or related field and 5 years of work experience as a practicing attorney, including at a law firm and/or in-house experience with internet or technology companies 10. Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar 11. Requires at least 3 years of experience in each of the following skills: 12. 1. Experience counseling and advising clients on risk mitigation strategies for technology products and transactions involving technology companies 13. 2. Negotiating, and executing complex transactions with technology, media, and telecommunications companies 14. 3. Leading cross-functional collaborations, including executive and C-suite, to counsel on risk mitigation strategies and provide legal advice informed by sound business judgment for pivotal transactions 15. 4. Maintaining subject matter expertise in competition regulations and commercial & corporate transactions 16. 5.
