Job Description

The role will be responsible for supporting CEMEA Hub FPA Team during financial planning, analysis, and management of operating expenses and workforce planning. The key focus is on driving continuous improvement in financial processes, systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Support ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, yearly analysis and reports used by the Regional CFO, Subregional teams and other various departments.Evaluate existing models, reports and templates and identify areas of opportunity for improvement and efficiencies. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.Work with the IT team to deliver and support the Subregional and Hub teams with regards to financial systems, understand requirements and feedback from users and deliver enhancements across current work practices.Support CEMEA Hub FPA Team in analyzing business trends and assessing macroeconomic metrics and contribute to the development of complex models to be used in budgeting, forecasting and deal modelling.Business partnering: Collaborate with several Corporate Functions to provide financial guidance and support decision-making by providing financial analysis, monitor and control operating expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and strategic goals.Workforce planning: Partner with People team and various members of a broader CEMEA Finance Team to develop and maintain workforce plans, analyze workforce data to identify trends and variances vs Budget and Forecast.Show initiative and creativity in the developing of solutions which are innovative, obtain input and feedback from appropriate users and manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance

The role is based on the CEMEA Market Support Center, Dubai office, and reports into the CEMEA Head of FPA based in the same officeActively contribute to the effectiveness of the team by supporting and co-operating with colleagues and providing cover during period of absenceThe flexibility to liaise with various functions both within Visa and externally to deliver ad-hoc projectsThis individual is expected to interact effectively with various levels of Visa management and their multi regional staffStrong interpersonal skills will be required to address on-going needs of a complex, matrix reporting structure and multinational organizationMulticultural sensitivity and interpersonal relationship management skills are essential including the ability to work effectively as part of a team

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

Associate: 2 or more years of work experienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field1-2 years of related Finance experience in a multinational organization preferably in the Payments industryExcellent communication, written and interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate results with senior level executivesOutstanding analytical and quantitative skills, able to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analysesExceptional report modeling and data management skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data and organize in a logical and efficient mannerMust be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of outputAbility to work effectively with cross functional teams and produce and coordinate time sensitive deliverablesAbility to work under pressure and to meet deadlinesExcellent organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skillsStrong PC and high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Knowledge of financial systems (TM1, Hyperion, etc.) is preferrable
