Associate Finance Manager FP&A - Strategy & Performance
Overview The Associate Finance Manager FP&A, Strategy and Performance contributes to PepsiCo Beverages Canada’s success by acting as an integral part of the Canadian Finance team. In addition to providing business and strategic support, this position contributes to PBC’s success by leading the Strategic Financial Plan and Annual Operating Plan processes as well as proactively monitoring business trends and identifying risks and opportunities. Complete (directly with Sr Director, Planning Directors and Sr. Finance Manager) communication and reporting of results to U.S. senior management including (but not limited to) the period reporting templates and scorecards. These outputs are used by PepsiCo Division senior management and require a good understanding of the entire PBC business and its key business drivers Lead PBC performance management process. This will require the coordination of the PBC Canada SLT update each period with focus on delivering Net Revenue, MC and NOPBT targets. Inputs for this will come from various Finance and Sales Functions plus the Sr. Finance Director, Finance Directors and CFO. Lead/participate in key Strategic projects that establish the roadmap for achieving PBC Strategic Long-Term Plan. Specific areas of analysis include: Intangible Assessments, Capabilities Assessments, Customer Analyses, Category Mapping, M&A Valuations, Competitor Research and Various Other Business and Financial Assessments. Continuously work with the Senior Manager – FP&A to lead improvements in the company’s approach to developing its key strategies. Lead PBC Roadmap to Success. This requires working with each business unit and function to set and update progress towards the company’s Big Bets. Feedback on progress will be given back to the teams as well as consolidated into a summary for the PBC Leadership Team. Prepare executive presentations with high quality and insightful content and present to various stakeholders. Partner with functional groups across Canada to ensure consistency on all internal reporting messaging.
