Associate Finance Manager

What you will do

Join a dynamic finance team where you'll play a key role in driving revenue accuracy, financial compliance, and strategic decision-making. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams and sales leadership to deliver insightful forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc analysis. You'll help shape deal structures, ensure alignment with accounting standards, and support field-facing initiatives that impact business performance. Lead month-end close activities including revenue reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with company policy and GAAP standards.

Review and advise on complex deal structures in partnership with Sales and Legal to ensure proper revenue recognition treatment and alignment with accounting standards.

Maintain and enhance internal controls related to revenue processes, supporting audit readiness and ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.

Drive the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, consolidating inputs across business units and providing insights that support strategic decision-making.

Develop and deliver ad hoc financial analyses and executive-level reports, translating data into actionable insights that support business planning and performance tracking.

Act as a strategic finance partner to Area Sales Directors, providing financial guidance on pricing strategies, discounting, and customer deal structures to improve profitability and policy alignment.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Operations teams, ensuring clear, timely communication and alignment on financial goals, risks, and opportunities.

Utilize financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, and HFM to generate reports, validate data accuracy, and support continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools.

What you need

Bachelor's Degree

6+ years experience in a business finance environment

This is a hybrid position, with on-site work required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our Mahwah, NJ location.

$87,600- $186,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
