ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Associate NE Hub- LFI, Field Capabilities you will be responsible for supporting field capabilities with Regional Business Managers and Senior Sales/PRA Leaders in the Northern European (NE) Hub. You will also be responsible for partnering with brand teams to localize capability needs and pull through key learnings and brand updates. Collaborate with all relevant cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of strategic approach and applicability of field capability content to the needs of the business.
Additionally, the Associate will assist with the planning and execution of hub-wide field capabilities development workshops/meetings across the NE Hub, including Sales, PRA, and in partnership with Medical Capabilities. You will partner across the NE Hub—LFI to help standardize training and foster shared learnings across all BUs through multiple cross-functional workstreams and projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
[70%] NE Hub LFI Field Capability BuildingWorking in direct partnership with Brand Leaders, tailor capabilities workshops to align with brand-specific content and capability needs. Localize learnings to brand (modules and workshops) for TA product launches and national, area, and district capability meetings including, but not limited to: Other relevant selling capabilitiesOCE, NBE and all omnichannel resources Competitive landscape and marketplaceBrand integration Patient IdentificationPortfolio selling capabilities Virtual, live, and hybrid salesforce/PRA capabilities VBS/VBI Selling Model CapabilitiesDevelop, Build, and Execute centralized field capability development opportunities for all RBMs and TBMs (including Account Managers) in the NE Hub while working closely with the SSL. Ensuring, that all training aligns to the TBM/RBM competency model, focusing on key areas such as coaching/selling capabilities aligned with IBU STEM, coaching/selling strategies, and business ownership.Design, develop, and deliver innovative and specific learning solutions.Drive standardization and simplification through the Hub centralization of field upskilling and capability building.Work cross-functionally to develop/deliver content that is relevant to our Sales, Medical and PRA field-facing colleagues[20%] Support NE Hub – LFI Field Experience Manager and New Learner training and the NE Hub LFI New Learner onboarding program.
