To learn to perform some major and most minor repairs/troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and A/C equipment. Perform all types of scheduled and unscheduled routine maintenance work and assist other Facilities staff as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Experience working in an acute care hospital environment (may be unrelated position), or 
6 months experience in a maintenance related position. Working experience with a formal work order system. Working experience with a formal equipment PM system.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of Hospital experience in maintenance.
