Responsibilities

Provide support to community leaders by implementing standardized processes related to associate
recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement and recognition to ensure a positive associate
experience.

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) to assist community leaders and associates in navigating various HR systems and services.Support administrative processes for position management requests.Support new hire onboarding process that includes collecting new hire paperwork, facilitation of
orientation, provisioning and training.Maintain up to date associate files and tracks orientation, education and licensure compliance.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
