EY Forensic & Integrity Services practice help organizations protect and restore enterprise and financial reputation. Our team is multi-disciplinary which includes amongst others, certified accountants, forensic accountants and technologists, certified fraud examiners, data scientists, data analytics professionals, anti-corruption professionals, certified expert witnesses, compliance professionals, money laundering and sanctions investigators, etc.
The Opportunity
In today's rapidly evolving technology landscape, digital forensics and privacy requirements are becoming increasingly stringent worldwide and within our region. Our Forensic Technology and Data Protection Services are designed to assist organizations in navigating these new regulations, trends, and risks by ensuring a regulatory-compliant flow of personal data while supporting their business operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Evaluate the data protection and privacy practices of our clients, and design and implement data protection and privacy frameworks. Raise awareness on data protection and privacy among clients. Support e-discovery activities, including the collection, preparation, and processing of electronic data, and review of documents. Design and implement forensic data analytics for our clients to uncover potential financial crime risks.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Possess/following a recognized university degree in IT Security, Computer Science or related areas, or other relevant disciplines with working experience in Information security. Experience in at least one year in Information security Audit, compliance, or internal Audit will be an added advantage. Experience in at least one scripting language (preferably Python) to process and analyze large volumes of data, and experience in Power BI data visualization. Strong teamwork, prioritization, written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills, along with the ability to develop detailed work plans and manage multiple projects.
