About the Role: 

We are looking for a data-savvy, results-driven Marketing Automation & Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Ingram Micro India. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights, optimizing marketing performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The candidate will play a crucial role in improving marketing ROI, campaign efficiency, and platform adoption through analytics, automation, and reporting across digital, marketplace, and e-commerce platforms. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Ensure high standards of data quality across marketing databases, platforms, and CRM tools. 

Own Data Quality, Data Enrichment programs, maintain the hygiene of database in system 

Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track KPIs across platforms such as Xvantage, LinkedIn, and campaign automation tools. 

Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, lead flow, and sales attribution to support ROI-focused decisions. 

Collaborate with digital, content, and platform teams to enable data-driven marketing strategies. 

Support segmentation, scoring models, and audience building for targeted campaigns. 

Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows using tools like Adobe Marketing Suit, Workfront, or equivalent. 

Enable reporting and actionable insights for Ingram Micro’s XvantageTM Platform 

Partner with regional/global analytics teams to align tracking, attribution, and campaign reporting frameworks. 

Support A/B testing, funnel optimization, and cross-channel performance analysis. 

Maintain documentation and governance for marketing data, processes, and reporting standards. 

What We're Looking For: 

2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, automation, or performance marketing roles. 

Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnel, attribution models, and ROI optimization. 

Experience working with digital platforms, e-commerce tools, or marketplace ecosystems. 

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, SQL (preferred). 

Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Adobe Marketing Suite, Marketo, or similar will be preferred 

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail with the ability to translate data into insights 

Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management principles 

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global environment. 

Effective communication skills to present complex data in simple, visual ways. 

Preferred: Experience in IT Channel/Distribution or technology-led businesses.
