Associate Engineer Technical Support Document Control Maintenance Repair and Operation

By joining us as an Associate Engineer, Technical Support Document Control Maintenance Repair and Operation, you will provide support to Emerson's global customer care team by interpreting and processing order documentation requirements based on customer requirements.

In this capacity, you will manage the electronic exchange of order documentation with customers and collaborate with people from different areas of the organization, such as Project Engineers and Project Managers to fulfill documentation requirements. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To identify applicable documents as per the customer’s requirements and specifications. To attend document review meetings with the Project Administrator, Project Manager, and Document Controller. To manage the documentation approval cycle and final documentation delivery to the customer (gather, prepare, and submit). To respond to inquiries and requests received from the mailbox and identify the need for escalations. To manage and record customer transactions in business systems such as CRM, DocPro, and SharePoint.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering courses. Basic knowledge of Office 365 applications and Adobe Acrobat. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
