The ideal candidate will possess strong technical writing skills, familiarity with industry standards (ATA iSpec 2200, S1000D), and the ability to interpret engineering documentation to produce clear, accurate, and concise maintenance instructions. **Job** **Title: Associate** **Engineer** **Experience: 1-3 years** **Key Responsibilities:** + Create and revise technical documentation including: + **Maintenance Manuals** + **Service Bulletins** + **Installation Instructions** + Interpret **engineering drawings** , **ATPs** , and related technical data to develop accurate technical content. + Ensure documentation complies with applicable aerospace standards, particularly **iSpec 2200** or **S1000D** . + Apply **Simplified Technical English (STE)** to maintain clarity and consistency in all authored materials. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, quality, and product support to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation. + Maintain document version control and track updates according to internal processes. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in **Mechanical** or **Aerospace Engineering** . + 1–3 years of experience in technical documentation within the aerospace industry. + Strong understanding of aerospace documentation standards: **iSpec 2200** or **S1000D** . + Proficiency in **Simplified Technical English (STE)** . + Ability to read and interpret **mechanical and aerospace engineering drawings** . + High attention to detail with excellent written communication skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / aerospace engineering. + 1 -3 years of industry experience in Authoring of CMM, AMM and Data Modules.
