The individual in this position will report directly to the Senior Manager, Global Operations Enablement and will work closely with Learning Experience Designers in the Global Operations Enablement organization, along with partners from various stakeholder teams. As the Associate Enablement Operations Manager, you will be responsible for both overseeing the day-to-day operations of our enablement team, as well as contributing to improvements in longer term operational strategies. Activities include (but are not limited to) triaging and responding to ongoing training requests from stakeholders, uploading and maintaining new and updated courses in our LMS, managing course assignments and reporting for elearning courses, and contributing to ongoing improvements in our processes (and related tooling) for managing training requests and for advancing ongoing training projects.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Support operational activities for the Global Operations Enablement team, including: Collecting and publishing data/metrics from within our LMS and other sources Optimizing routine processes related to onboarding of new Operations staff and ongoing learning, including: Monitoring weekly new hire report and providing onboarding support Assisting Operations teams in managing onboarding content and checklists Submitting and following up on tickets for tools access for new hires Administering our LMS and managing our course catalog, including: Uploading of new courses, curricula, and learning paths Identifying relevant audiences for training assignments, assigning required training, and monitoring participation Creating regular reports for assigned training and sharing updates with Enablement leaders and stakeholders Managing and triaging training requests through our intake process Constructing and updating Airtable bases and automated Google sheets for projects and enablement initiatives to allow accurate tracking of project status and enablement participation Collaborate with wider enablement team for development and tracking of badging and certifications, where applicableQualifications

*Required:
3+ years in LMS administration and training coordination Proficiency using collaboration and project management tools like Airtable or Smartsheet Strong communication and presentation skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure impact and improve continuously Strong stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure success and identify improvement areas Experience with process creation and improvement Strong bias for action and experience working in dynamic and iterative environments Keen attention to detail with experience in monitoring quality assurance for learning programsDesired:
Exposure to current and emerging adult learning theory Familiarity with content creation tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise
Location
This role will be remote based in British Colombia, Alberta or Ontario Canada
Travel

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
Based in British Columbia. : $163,100.00 - $203,900.00
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
