The JEDI (JADC2 Experimentation and Demonstration IPT) organization, a part of the Connected Battlespace and Emerging Capabilities (CBEC) business has an immediate need for a Value Stream Leader (VSL) in our growing portfolio. This VSL will have responsibility for researching, integrating, and demonstrating capabilities to solve the US Government’s Strategic Deterrence mission. The Product Line Value Stream Leader (VSL) leads the Integrated Product Team (IPT) through their assigned effort in influencing, demonstrating, capturing, and transitioning solutions for the Department of Defense and other Agencies. This role focuses on integrating capabilities across Collins Aerospace demonstrating the operational benefit through large force demonstrations. This will involve day to day work with engineering and business development, forming a strong triad to assess market space and customer defined gaps, develop product roadmaps, secure funding to fulfill product roadmaps, and ultimately develop market defined minimum viable products (MVPs). Experience within and understanding of the DoD’s Strategic modernization and deterrence efforts as well as knowledge/history in Battle Management, Communications, Command, and Control (BMC3) domain is necessary to converge and connect capabilities aligned to our Nation’s strategic defense. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
