Principal responsibilities

Responsible for designing solutions in consultation with business stakeholders.Responsible for creating design documentation and showing impact indesign from a functional point of view.Takes complete ownership of delivery of front to back complex functional changes.Responsible for encouraging the culture of domain understanding within the team.Responsible for leading front to back teams across multiple asset classes.Maintain strong relations with business stakeholders.Ability to influence business for Technology related decision making which supports shared goals.Removes blockers and creates pathways during times of uncertainty to ensure resilience.Responsible for nurturing talent within the team and for overall delivery of the team.Responsible for mentoring and providing necessary subject matter expertise to the team when required.Responsible for bringing a customer centric approach to all deliveries.Proactively taking lead for any application/functional fixes.Expertise in system thinking and highly proficient in agile ways of working.
