Associate Director/ Senior Manager - New Business, High Net Worth Operations

The position is responsible for providing professional new business support to ensure new application case can be completed effectively and efficiently.

Position Responsibilities:

Coordinate with business partners, internal operations, and HNW underwriters to manage the end-to-end new business process, from application to policy issuance

Ensure completeness and accuracy of client submissions by collecting all required information and documentation

Act as the primary contact for new business cases with trust-related matters, including document handling

Provide administrative support for new business, including updating new application progress reports

Perform data entry and run NB workbench checks (e.g., FNA affordability, suitability, Bridger, CRS, FATCA, admin issues, document sign dates, cross-age validations)

Collaborate with Policy Servicing and Cashier teams to facilitate policy issuance

Manage premium payments and process overpayment refunds

Handle policy issuance, withdrawals, and declines

Oversee policy binding and preparation of special HNW policy folders

Respond to internal and external business partner inquiries with timely and proactive follow-up

Share best practices and support training sessions to enhance new business knowledge among partners

Assist with ad hoc projects and special arrangements, including jumbo cases, special policy loan/split payment, and change of life insured

Required Qualifications:

University graduate plus minimum 7 years of experience in life insurance, preferably in HNW segment

Experience in handling premium financing, trust/ PIC related business, and good understanding of HNW business model

High proficiency in reading and writing English

Good communication and presentation skill

Customer-orientated service

Strong sense of ownership and attention to details

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
