**Associate Director Quality Excellence Supplier Management**
**Geneva, Switzerland**
The Global Director, Quality, Trainings, Systems & Supplier Management is responsible for driving the global strategy to ensure consistent, high-quality standards across the organization. This global role oversees the development and deployment of quality systems, bespoke training programs and supplier quality performance aligning with P&B business goals.
**Role Overview**
This role will play a critical part in reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement and compliance throughout the end-to-end value chain. This leader will ensure that quality training, digitals quality tools and supplier governance are implemented effectively across P&B BU.
A comprehensive understanding of manufacturing site operations, including shopfloor functions and supply chain representatives, is required to ensure that quality system and training programs are aligned with operational needs and challenges.
The role will be primary contact training coordination, ensuring alignment with global standards, BU Quality strategy and local requirements. Additionally, the position will collaborate with Global P&B Quality Governance team on system enhancements, including supplier performance, among other responsibilities.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
**Training & Competency Development**
+ Identify and evaluate training needs across the Business Unit, working closely with Quality regional/local representatives and Manufacturing leaders to develop a competency matrix and a structured roadmap for skills and capability development programs.
+ Coordinate with the Global Quality team any training team to align training programs with identified needs and competencies.in order to foster skill/expertise development of our Quality community.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and competency development initiatives.
+ Lead Global QC Platform to uphold Quality Excellence by facilitating the alignment and standardization of QC processes across all sites, ensuring consistent quality standards.
+ Coordinate training and development efforts to strengthen QC team skills and promote knowledge sharing, working closely with the Quality leader responsible for performance monitoring.
**System Management**
+ Develop expertise in various quality systems, including SAP, TrackWise, IMS, LIMS and Collaborate with global quality teams to support the unification and harmonization of future systems.
+ Work to streamline the system management (access, software, training etc) in collaboration with Quality group
+ Be part of discussion of our future Quality systems 2.0 aligned with ERP ambition of the company
+ Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations in system implementations.
**Supplier Quality Management**
+ Lead strategic discussions and shape the future direction of the Supplier Excellence Program, ensuring alignment with the P&B Business Unit's objectives and specific needs for Perfumery, Beauty & Care, and Ingredients.
+ Lead initiatives to develop and implement comprehensive strategies focused on enhancing supplier quality and performance. Work in close partnership with the Supply Chain team to align these strategies with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance processes. Participating in streamlining operations, reduce costs, and foster long-term partnership with suppliers.
+ Monitor supplier performance in collaboration with Quality group and identify priorities to develop action plans (audit, evaluation.) in case of underperformance.
**You bring:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in quality systems management and training coordination within a manufacturing environment.
+ Strong knowledge of QMS and any tools supporting it SAP, TrackWise, IMS, and LIMS.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
+ People skills, good communication skills, change management skills, and organizational skills
+ Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
