What the day will look like
+ Develop and execute revenue growth strategy to achieve new business growth and expand client base
+ Lead and manage responses to tenders and develop quality presentation as needed
+ Responsible for client servicing for new and renewals
+ Handle potential clients for their insurance needs, present insurance solutions and provide insurance advice
+ Negotiate with underwriters for the best terms
+ Identify, recommend & lead implementation of process improvement measures to achieve overall efficiency
+ Coach teammates on technical, industry and market knowledge
+ Comply with Aon's operational KPIs including overdue renewal processing, premium collection, invoice performance, e-filing, client data maintenance
+ Advise clients on claims reporting, coordinate with claims team to facilitate the claims process
+ Any additional duties as directed and assigned by your manager from time to time

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Degree holder in any relevant discipline is preferred
+ With 10+ years of experience in general insurance industry, preferably with client servicing / account management background
+ IIQE qualified or holder of ACII or ANZIIF (Associate) will be added advantage
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
+ Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
+ Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
