The Associate Director of Sales plays a key leadership role in driving revenue for the hotel by overseeing all sales activities, working closely with Rooms, Food Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, maximizing, and monitoring the hotel’s sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals in Rooms, Events, and other outlets.
The Associate Director of Sales actively supports the Director of Sales Marketing and leads the team in cultivating strategic partnerships, expanding market share, and maintaining strong client relationships.
