Associate Director of Product Management

Position Summary:

The Associate Director of Product Management will be responsible for defining and optimizing patient and provider experiences across all user touch points with Natera. This is an individual contributor role that will focus on our Women’s Health line of business, which includes a full menu of genetic tests to support the entire spectrum of women’s health needs -- from planning a family and prenatal testing to hereditary cancer screening.

This role will drive the strategy and roadmapping for a suite of products, including the Women’s Health patient and provider portals, as well as capabilities that enable Natera to guide and support millions of women and their partners through their pre-and post-test journey. They will work extensively with our UX Design & Research team and our Technical Product Management team to deliver on various initiatives that will make genetic testing easily accessible and readily available to patients everywhere. They will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Finance, Support and other teams within Natera. Primary Responsibilities:

Drive product strategy, roadmapping, and requirements definition for multiple products and solutions for Natera’s Women Health business unit

Deliver seamless experiences for our patients and providers by creating and optimizing products, tools, and processes in support of our Women’s Health strategic priorities

Manage cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue, improve the end user experience, and enable us to operate at scale

Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities; analyze relevant data to drive decision-making

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in product management, including experience partnering closely with UX design and Engineering; previous experience in digital healthcare, healthtech or biotech a plus

8+ years of professional experience

Proven ability to work with cross functional teams and build rapport with key stakeholders

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.San Carlos, CA $1—$1 USD
