### Job Duties Under general direction, assists with the administration and management of the Olmsted County Housing department. Oversees housing, redevelopment, homelessness / housing stability, and community development projects. Provides oversight, direction, and supervision of assigned divisions and programs. Collaborates across Health, Housing and Human Services (HHHS) to coordinate housing services to various populations and provides expertise to the other divisions as needed. Develops partnerships with private, public, and non-profit organizations to maximize coordination of housing and community development efforts. Acts in the absence of the director as a liaison between Housing and the County/City Administrators' offices. Leverages the strengths of team members, clarifies roles and responsibilities, and develops employees to reach optimal goals. Supports a diverse, respectful, and inclusive workplace. ### Minimum Education Required Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Housing, Social Work, Finance, or related field and three (3) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions, which two (2) of those years in a leadership or supervisory role.
