Associate Director of Enrollment – South Asia

About the Opportunity

Hult International Business School is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Associate Director of Enrollment to join our South Asia team. You'll be responsible for recruiting exceptional, internationally-minded students for our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree programs across the vibrant markets of South Asia.

This is a dynamic role for a proactive individual who thrives on building relationships and exceeding expectations. You'll be a key driver of growth, using innovative multimedia marketing and direct outreach to expand our student enrollment channels. This is a high-travel position, with 60%-70% of your time dedicated to visiting schools, attending events, and meeting with prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Market Strategy: In collaboration with the Enrollment Director, develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to meet interested students & parents, high school counsellors and partners.Sales & Outreach: Create and grow new enrollment channels through a mix of telemarketing, digital advertising, social media, and community outreach.Pipeline Management: Actively manage and nurture the student pipeline, guiding prospective students through the application, enrollment, and financial aid processes.Public Representation: Represent Hult at trade fairs, conferences, and open house events, delivering compelling presentations that inspire students and families.Expectation Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in marketing, communication or business).International experience, either professional or personal, and a passion for working in a multicultural environment.Proven past achievements and a results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English is required; fluency in other Indian languages is a plus.
