What the day will look like
+ Develop new business and servicing the designated business portfolio.
+ Perform client relationship activities in line with the Company’s shared goals and objectives.
+ Assist in staff training, coaching and development to achieve Company’s shared goals and objectives.
+ Perform other duties as directed and assigned by the management.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years working experience in insurance broking, with at least 3 years senior management level.
+ Experience in the marine & logistics insurance market.
+ Holder of professional qualifications such as ANZIIF and CII a definite advantage
+ Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required
+ Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
+ Excellent analytical, time management and client relationship skills
+ Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work unsupervised on day to day matters
