Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HEOR Strategy Associate Director to join our team focused on advancing strategies for a priority launch asset. You will be responsible for leading HEOR strategy and tactics, managing the planning, development, and execution of projects. Utilizing real-world evidence and economic modeling, you will generate insights to enhance our product's value proposition. The role demands strong project management, time management, and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional efforts and ensure successful research implementation.

ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of HEOR strategies and research that align with metric objectives, securing stakeholder buy-in across governance milestones.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including clinical development, medical affairs, market access, regulatory, and commercial, to align strategies and objectives.Deliver research within tight timelines, ensuring compliance with established standards and managing budgets effectively.Communicate research results to key stakeholders.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies with minimal oversight.Design and conduct retrospective analyses to emphasize disease burden and unmet needs.Collaborate with internal and external partners to generate innovative ideas for market access strategies for US and international launches, leveraging existing data sources for robust evidence generation.Work with cross-functional teams to design real-world post-launch studies, including prospective, observational studies, and registries, with possible collaborations with Patient Advocacy Groups.Support the development of economic models, such as cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, by providing strategic decisions and generating data for key model inputs.Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to integrate clinical and health economic expertise and partner with external teams to develop a robust economic strategy for market access.Essential SkillsExpertise in HEOR, Project Management, Real World Data, and Health Economics.Minimum of 3-6 years of HEOR experience with proven high performance in the pharmaceutical industry, CRO, academia, or consulting.Success in two or more core HEOR specialties such as epidemiology, biostatistics, patient-reported outcomes, health services research, or economics.Proven ability to lead a portfolio of complex HEOR projects from inception to publication, with minimal oversight, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills with experience in real-world data analysis and health economic modeling.Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex scientific data clearly to diverse audiences.Strategic thinker with the ability to provide insights that drive business decisions.Additional Skills & QualificationsA Master's degree or Fellowship in Health Economics or a related field; PhD preferred.Experience in the person's Disease or neurodegeneration is highly desirable.Work Environment

The position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $100.00/hr.
