As the Global Health and Wellbeing Programme Lead for Mental Health, you will join an established team focused on designing, managing, and evolving global health and wellbeing programs to enhance the health, wellbeing, and performance of GSK employees. Job Purpose: To lead the design, management and evolution of our global mental health and wellbeing programmes. From training programmes to individual and team interventions to relevant self-service tools and resources (e.g., Mental Health Matters training, Team Resilience, etc.) to enhance the health, wellbeing and resilience of GSK employees. The Global Employee Programme Lead for Mental Health will play a pivotal role in driving GSK’s Mental Health and wellbeing initiatives through effective partnership working internally and externally. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global programmes to reduce stigma, promote preventive approaches to maintain good mental health and wellbeing, improve early detection, and access to relevant tools and resources. Your Responsibilities: Conduct diagnosis to understand GSK mental health and wellbeing needs including review of health data, medical claims, Health Risk Assessment results, analysis of existing programmes and services, and gap analysis. Design evidence-based health and wellbeing programmes applying clinical guidelines, prevention, health behaviour change and population health management principles to optimise impact. Pilot programmes to assess feasibility and effectiveness of health and wellbeing interventions; develop and deliver proposals to scale programmes globally including budget and funding. Source and manage vendor/ providers to meet current and emerging GSK health and wellbeing needs to ensure efficient and effective delivery, clinical quality and impact. Work with Regional Health Promotion Leads to plan demand and ensure the effective planning and delivery of programmes considering business needs, differences in culture and local health care delivery systems. Work with Global Comms and Digital Lead to agree communications and engagement plans and materials Evaluate and report on programme impact including participation, engagement, uptake, impact and cost effectiveness. Utilise voice of customer and qualitative/quantitative data to continually improve programme design. Contribute to the refresh of the Global GSK Mental Health Standards. Basic Qualifications: University Degree (Bachelor or Masters) in relevant discipline such as Health Promotion, Public Health, Occupational Health, Psychology or Behavioural Science. Overall 15+ years of experience out of which 5+ years of experience in public health, health promotion, behaviour change, global health programme management or related disciplines. Requirements: Proven experience in designing, developing, implementing and evaluating effective health and wellbeing programmes across countries/cultures in a global organisation with scale and complexity. Strong consulting skills to influence and engage senior stakeholders, understand customers’ needs and adapt programmes to meet business needs. Data-driven approach to vendor management, contract and negotiation experience to ensure effective service delivery and value for money. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to flex communication style to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Strong relationship-building, emotional intelligence, and effective communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams and individuals at all levels in the organisation with agility, integrity and flexibility. Strong accountability and project management skills. Proficiency in leveraging technology, driving efficiencies, and utilising artificial intelligence and data analytics to enhance employee experience, engagement, and utilisation.
