**Role Overview:**
The Associate Director of End-to-End Digital Performance is responsible for the successful execution of end-to-end digital plans—from campaign strategy through purchase—ensuring measurable performance and business impact. This role owns the delivery of aligned campaign, offer, and content execution across the entire digital funnel. Reporting to the Director of Go-To-Market Strategy, this individual will partner closely with campaign leads, content owners, and analytics to connect strategy with execution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Own campaign and offer strategy execution across the end-to-end digital purchase journey.
+ Align go-to-market tactics across product, offer, and content functions.
+ Partner with campaign managers and content teams to ensure digital funnel alignment.
+ Track and optimize campaign performance across web, mobile, and app.
+ Sequence and prioritize offers to maximize engagement and business outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
**Preferred:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Digital Strategy.
+ 7+ years of go-to-market, product marketing, or digital strategy experience.
+ Proven ability to influence and lead across cross-functional teams.
+ Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate data into go-to-market plans.
+ Experience with telecom, subscription-based services, or SaaS products.
+ Familiarity with GTM tools and digital analytics dashboards.

Our **Assoc Director-Digital Customer Growth** earn between $158,200 - $237,400 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
