Team Leadership and Organizational Capability Building.Lead cross - functional teams, fostering a culture of domain expertise. Establish talent development programs, offer mentorship, and maintain a customer - centric approach. Drive application and functional issue resolutions. Enterprise - Level Brand Promotion and Ecosystem Building of Power Platform.Execute a strategic internal brand plan for Power Platform. Promote adoption through case sharing, training, and community building, solidifying its role as a key digital transformation tool.
