The Associate Director is responsible for delivering automation solutions and developing technical support models. This position leads talented teams who maintain analytical software and ensure the delivery and maintenance of analytical equipment. Seeking an individual with strong project management skills to deliver a large change agenda.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor, verify, evaluate and drive improvements towards site HSE goals.• Provide technical and administrative leadership for laboratory automation/robotics, software, and maintenance.• Recruit team members and ensure appropriate resources to deliver on team’s business plan.• Ensure compliance with computer system validation standards and global/local analytical maintenance procedures.• Develop and implement a technical support model for laboratory automation.• Develop and implement the QC capital plan.• Ensure that analytical software is implemented and upgraded as required by the business. • Ensure that analytical software is maintained in a validated state and complies with Data Integrity requirements.• Ensure inspection readiness at all times for computer systems, automation, and maintenance support.Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in a scientific discipline or related experience• 3+ years’ experience in cGMP environment (preferably analytical experience)Additional Preferences:
• Previous supervisory experience.• Demonstrated ability in project delivery.• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and lead others.• Knowledge of computer applications for laboratories.Additional Information:

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$118,500 - $173,800Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
