As an Associate Director - LOKELMA in Wilmington, DE, you'll demonstrate our scientific capabilities to make a difference in patients' lives. You'll collaborate with Brand Leadership and global teams to shape and implement brand strategies, focusing on launch promotional planning, positioning, disease education, and marketing campaigns.Accountabilities:Support CV Specialty sales team with brand strategy executionCollaborate with Global Commercial Operations for patient messaging across various channelsManage ad agency performance to align with brand goalsDefine and develop promotional plans consistent with brand strategyPartner with Business Insights and Market Research Team for success metrics and performance analysisShape tactical plans and budgets during annual operational planningDevelop patient-centric programs with corporate affairs and advocacy partnersOversee promotional budget for brand marketing activitiesManage regulatory and legal review processes for promotional assetsFoster a positive work culture through team activitiesEssential Skills/Experience:Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in Business, Marketing or in the sciences3+ years of marketing experience and 1+ year in pharmaceutical industry OR 3+ years of pharma or Healthcare experienceDemonstrated ability to lead without authorityConsumer marketing experience with paid, owned and earned mediaExperience with audience segmentation, content strategy and CRM workflow developmentExperience with digital, social and mobile marketing channels, technology and analyticsAbility to gauge the feasibility, impact and risks of proposed programsComfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDesirable Skills/Experience:Field sales, Respiratory or Biologics therapeutic-area experienceExperience launching new products or indicationsMBAWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
