Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is currently recruiting for an Associate Director **, New Product Development for Milvexian.** This position will be located in Titusville, NJ.
The Associate Director, New Product Development, Milvexian will play a critical role in shaping and executing an integrated launch strategy for a cardiovascular pipeline asset, Milvexian, a FXIa for the treatment of Atrial Fibrillation (AF), Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) and Secondary Stroke Prevention (SSP). Milvexian will be commercialized in partnership with Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS). The US launch readiness date for the 1st indication, ACS, is in 3Q 2027.
Core responsibilities include the following:
+ Strong collaboration with our Alliance partner, BMS and an active member of the Milvexian US Working Group (50 – 50 partnership with BMS)
+ Development of unbranded, pre-launch messaging, digital strategy & resources to support the disease awareness campaign and to drive awareness of patient unmet needs and the Factor XIa pathway in ACS, AF and SSP
+ Partner with US/ Global J&J/ BMS Medical on the KOL strategy
+ US point for Secondary Stroke Prevention indication (e.g. inform market understanding, core strategic choices, and launch plan)
+ Partner with cross functional team in J&J/ BMS alliance to facilitate the development of content for congresses, advisory boards, and executive encounters to generate actionable insights for the development of the US launch strategy.
+ Explore New Capabilities - Explore the legal viability, operational feasibility & financial sustainability of innovative, new capabilities to enhance customer experience & enable patient access on day 1 of launch.

**Qualifications**
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Minimum 7 years of business experience; at least 3 years of successful & progressive marketing experience
+ Solid analytical & critical thinking with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable tactics to deliver on business objectives
+ Capable of leading within a matrix environment & influencing without authority
+ Excellent communication & project management skills
+ Track record of demonstrating passion and perseverance for long-term & meaningful goals
+ Working knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, including regulatory, legal, and healthcare compliance requirements
Preferred Experience:
+ MBA or other related advanced degree
+ Cardiovascular experience preferred
This position will be 3 days a week in Titusville, NJ office and may require up to 25% domestic travel
