Job DescriptionAbout the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead and support upcoming product launches, with a strong focus on data strategy and execution. This role will serve as a critical connector between cross-functional teams, helping to translate strategic goals into actionable insights and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead data-driven initiatives supporting product launches, with a clear understanding of business strategy and data needs

Drive the development and implementation of Data Platforms, ensuring alignment with commercial goals

Manage external Data Platform vendors and ensure successful delivery of data products

Serve as a liaison between Data Strategy, Commercial Operations, and Advanced Analytics teams to activate and operationalize solutions

Contribute to core Commercial processes such as Incentive Compensation (IC), field force alignment, and territory design

Partner in the development and deployment of advanced capabilities, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Next Best Action (NBA), and predictive modeling

Must have

Considerable understanding of US Commercial Life Science processes and dataExperience with drug launchesSubstantial understanding of Databricks, data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, data products, and agile ways of workingAn ability to connect strategic business needs with the value of specific technologies and tech processes Through planner and passionate to drive Data and Data Platform deliverablesCuriosity and affinity to explore new data sets and innovations with hands-on experiences

Preferred

Experience in Rare or Rare-like diseases, esp. Gastro, Dermatology, and/or NeuroscienceLeadership skills overseeing and directing teams

Qualifications:

Proven experience in data strategy and platform execution, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and vendors

Solid understanding of Commercial Operations and related analytics

Experience working with or implementing AI/ML-powered tools and technologies is a plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$153,600.00 - $241,340.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. 

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
