Role Overview + Achieve individual Health Solutions growth targets. + Manage and develop key client relationships. + Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders on client solutions in the Philippines. + Promote Health Solutions across industries and execute cross-selling initiatives. + Identify and develop new business opportunities for Aon in the Philippines. + Prospect and acquire new clients, contributing to revenue growth. + Manage a portfolio of clients, prospects, marketing events, lead generation, and prospecting. Client Ownership + Develop client relationships to drive sales and retention. + Collaborate with sales teams to meet client requirements. Operational Excellence + Accurately input leads and pipelines. + Review client documents and ensure compliance with business development protocols. Skills for Success + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields. + Minimum 10 years’ experience in Business Development, Marketing, or relevant consulting. + Excellent business development, client management, communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills. + Fluency in English is essential. + Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships. + Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs. + High ethical standards and professionalism.
