Based in one of our Dublin, Galway, or Cork offices, you’ll lead mechanical engineering on some of Ireland’s most impactful projects – from conception to delivery. **Your Role:** As the Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will: + **Lead and manage** the mechanical engineering team across Ireland. + **Deliver** both stand-alone and multi-disciplinary projects with excellence. + **Mentor and support** engineers and technicians to grow their careers and capabilities. + **Build and maintain strong client relationships** , identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing ones. + **Act as Project Manager** on mechanical-led or multi-disciplinary projects. + **Drive innovation** , solving complex engineering challenges with creativity and expertise. **Qualifications** **Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?
