This individual will lead the Liferaft segment of the Evacuation Systems business in Lake Suzy, Florida, with full ownership and accountability for cross-functional execution. Responsibilities include driving current and future business objectives, as well as overseeing risk mitigation and avoidance related to programs and obsolescence. This role is based in Lake Suzy, FL and is eligible for relocation. **What You Will Do** + Lead the Lake Suzy site to achieve operational and financial targets – accountable for profit and loss of the site. + Collaborate and partner with Evacuation Systems leadership to deliver and mature integrated business solutions across Lake Suzy / Bangalore and execute sustaining program strategies to drive OTD, quality, and customer satisfaction + Collaborate and align with Evacuation Systems – Customer Value Stream and Business Development teams to define site sales/customer priorities for the business + Drive organizational effectiveness across the program management teams + Partner with HR to define a talent strategy that aligns to current and future business needs. Develop a clear succession planning process + Drive a One Collins culture, and a culture of continuous improvement. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
