Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Associate Director, Vaccines Project Management Officer to spearhead the strategic direction and execution of our vaccines business. This role will be pivotal in shaping long-term business strategies, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the successful implementation of high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic mindset, deep healthcare market knowledge, and exceptional leadership capabilities to influence across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Planning
New Product Launch Strategy
Lead end-to-end strategic planning and readiness for new in-line vaccine launches.Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain) to ensure proper launch preparation.Develop go-to-market strategies, launch KPIs, and risk mitigation plans tailored to local market dynamics.Monitor launch progress and adapt strategies based on real-time market feedback and performance.Performance Management & Strategic Reporting
Define and track KPIs/ OKRs to measure the impact of strategic initiatives.Deliver high-quality strategic reports and presentations to executive leadership and regional/global stakeholders.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance and resource allocation.Innovation & Market Development
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business models to expand the vaccines portfolio.Lead strategic assessments for new product launches, lifecycle management, and market entry strategies.Champion innovation and digital transformation within the business.Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead the development of a high-performing marketing organization by identifying and nurturing key competencies aligned with business objectives.Design and implement structured capability-building programs, including:ELS (Enterprise Leadership Skill): Drive adoption and integration of ELS for the whole MKT team.L3Next: Guide the marketing team in crafting and executing robust L3N that align with global strategy while addressing local market dynamics.Other future-focused capabilities such as AI, data-driven decision-making, and Omnichannel marketing, Marketing 6.0 approach.Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and global/regional teams to ensure continuous learning and professional growth.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration to support long-term business success.Other projects that assigned by Line manager or CLT.
