What the day will look like Perform the role of Client Account Manager providing expert advice to clients with in-depth knowledge of risks and the reinsurance market, including responsibility for specific treaty renewals and assignments Identify and determine client requirements and provide access to relevant Reinsurance Solutions. Identify and manage new business opportunities and targets. Establish relationship in strategic client positions – act in the interest of the clients and offer products from more than one reinsurer to ensure that the clients get the best service & agreement Maintain professional reinsurance network. Establish relationships with internal worldwide account executives to ensure regular information flow. Keep abreast of industry and professional development to ensure services provided remain best practice. Skills and experience that will lead to success 8+ years relevant experience in Reinsurance Solutions Fluent in both spoken and written English; additional languages will be added advantage Possess excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation and marketing skills Attention to detail, pro-active and results orientated Possess strong negotiation skills Possess good analytical mind with strong business acumen Ability to develop and maintain business relationships Willing to work hard to deliver results How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
